The Balance Project

A quick announcement of the start of the balance project.

This is about getting to radical self-care, without it getting fanatical and hard, but staying with fun and losing the guilt. I hope you can join me as I chronicle my efforts.

Part of it is that I get enough sleep and also manage my blogging in a calm and lovely, balanced way, so there won’t be a long post today.

However, watch this space!
